How Pricing Works
Royal Crest does not publish a rate card. Every engagement is priced to its own itinerary, and the figure you're given is the figure you pay.
Priced to your exact date, route, hours, stops, and occasion — no two engagements are the same, so no single number would be honest.
Once issued, it is fixed. No surge pricing and no hidden additions; anything that could change it — extended wait, added stops, overtime — is stated in the quote before you commit.
Most occasions are booked on an hourly "as-directed" basis with a minimum duration. Straightforward transfers, including the airport, are quoted as a flat rate.
The vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, standard amenities, and complimentary wait time. Tolls, parking, airport access fees, and special requests are itemized separately.
Once your quote is confirmed, a deposit reserves your vehicle and chauffeur. The balance is settled before your journey; final incidentals are reconciled and receipted afterward.

Policies & Terms
The terms below govern every Royal Crest engagement. They are written to be read — plainly, and in full — and a copy accompanies each written confirmation.
A note on the bracketed figures. Values shown in [amber brackets] — deposit percentages, notice windows, fees, wait allowances — are the operating figures Royal Crest will set, and should be confirmed by qualified insurance and legal counsel before these terms are published. Everything else is drafted in the standard form used by established private-chauffeur operators.
These Policies & Terms govern all transportation arranged by Royal Crest Chauffeur Services ("Royal Crest"). Submitting a reservation request, paying a deposit, or entering a Royal Crest vehicle constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms in effect on the date of service. Terms may be revised from time to time; the version current at booking accompanies your written confirmation and controls.
Requests are received subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and are not reserved until Royal Crest has issued a written quote, received the required deposit, and returned a written confirmation. A submitted request alone does not hold a vehicle. Quotes are valid for [7] days unless stated otherwise.
Engagements are quoted either point-to-point or on an hourly "as-directed" basis with a minimum of [X] hours. Hourly time runs from the scheduled pickup to the completion of service. Quoted rates include the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, and standard amenities.
Billed in addition where applicable: tolls and parking; airport and venue access fees; additional stops; mileage beyond the quoted itinerary; wait time and overtime beyond the allowances below; meet-and-greet service; and any special requests.
A deposit of [X]% (or a stated flat amount) confirms a reservation. The balance is due [24–48] hours before the scheduled pickup. Royal Crest accepts payment by Zelle (to (708) 262-3970) and PayPal (to royalcrestchauffeur@gmail.com). Payment instructions are issued with your written quote; a request is never charged automatically. Wait time, overtime, additional stops, cleaning, or damage assessed during or after service are invoiced by the same methods and are due [on receipt]. Final charges are reconciled and receipted once the engagement is complete.
A service gratuity of [20]% [is / is not] included in the quoted rate and is identified on your confirmation. Any additional gratuity for exceptional service is welcome and entirely at your discretion.
Every reservation includes complimentary wait time: [60] minutes for domestic airport arrivals, [90] minutes for international arrivals, and [15] minutes for all other scheduled pickups — measured from the scheduled pickup time, or from actual flight arrival for airport collections. Time beyond the allowance is billed at the applicable hourly rate in [15]-minute increments.
Cancellations and date changes must be made in writing. For standard sedan service: canceled [7] or more days before pickup — full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit; [7] days to [24] hours before pickup — deposit forfeited; less than [24] hours before pickup, or no-show — charged in full.
Multi-vehicle bookings, weddings, proms, specialty vehicles, and peak dates (holidays, New Year's Eve, graduation and prom season) may carry longer notice requirements, stated on your confirmation. One courtesy reschedule is permitted when requested [72]+ hours in advance, subject to availability; rate differences may apply.
A no-show occurs when the passenger cannot be located at the confirmed pickup point within [30] minutes of the scheduled time — or within the airport wait allowance — and does not respond to contact from the chauffeur or dispatch. No-shows are charged in full, including gratuity and applicable fees.
Flights are monitored and pickup is adjusted to actual arrival at no charge within the complimentary wait allowance; please provide the airline and flight number at booking. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal is available on request and may carry a fee; otherwise pickup is curbside at the designated arrivals point. Royal Crest is not responsible for missed flights or for delays caused by the carrier, the airport, security, customs, or traffic.
Planned stops should be included in the reservation so timing and pricing reflect the full itinerary. Stops or route changes requested during service are accommodated at the discretion of the chauffeur and dispatch, subject to time and safety, and may be billed as additional stops or as overtime.
Service continuing beyond the reserved time is billed at the applicable hourly rate in [15]-minute increments and is subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability. Where a following reservation prevents an extension, the chauffeur will advise accordingly.
The number of passengers may not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle, and every passenger must use a seat belt. Passengers agree to conduct themselves lawfully and safely. The chauffeur may decline service to, or end the engagement for, any passenger who is abusive, unsafe, unlawfully intoxicated, or in possession of illegal substances or a weapon — without refund and without liability to Royal Crest.
Alcohol may be consumed in the vehicle only where every passenger is 21 or older, at Royal Crest's discretion, and in compliance with applicable law. Alcohol is never permitted where any passenger is a minor. Illegal drugs are prohibited at all times.
Smoking and vaping of any substance are prohibited in all Royal Crest vehicles. A cleaning and recovery fee of [$250] applies to any violation, in addition to lost-service costs.
Bottled water is provided. Other food and beverages are permitted with reasonable care; red wine, hot food, and items likely to stain or spill may be restricted. Passengers are responsible for cleaning and recovery fees resulting from spills or excessive mess.
A cleaning fee from [$150] applies where a vehicle requires detailing beyond normal preparation. A sanitation fee from [$350] applies to any incident of sickness in the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle or its equipment caused by a passenger is billed at the cost of repair or replacement, plus lost-service time.
Reservations that include passengers under 18 require a booking adult aged 21 or older who accepts responsibility for the group, and a signed parental or guardian authorisation for each minor. The itinerary is fixed in advance and unscheduled stops are not permitted. A zero-tolerance policy applies to alcohol and controlled substances.
Royal Crest may require a refundable security deposit and may end service without refund for any violation. Child safety seats are the responsibility of the passenger and must be requested in advance.
Royal Crest is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle. Items found are logged and held for [30] days; reasonable effort is made to reunite items with their owner, and return shipping is at the owner's expense.
Royal Crest may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel service where necessary for passenger and chauffeur safety, or for events beyond its reasonable control — including severe weather, road closures, civil disruption, or acts of government. Where Royal Crest cancels for such reasons, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
Royal Crest may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater class where operationally necessary. If no comparable vehicle can be provided, the affected reservation is refunded in full.
Royal Crest serves Chicago and the surrounding communities, including O'Hare and Midway. Travel beyond the standard service area is available by arrangement and may include mileage, time, tolls and — where an overnight is required — chauffeur lodging and per-diem charges, all shown on your quote.
Royal Crest operates as a licensed and insured commercial passenger carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Crest's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement; Royal Crest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, road, or carrier conditions.
Client information is used solely to arrange and deliver transportation, is treated as confidential, and is never sold.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Cook County], Illinois.
